Paul Hamilton joined BMO Financial Group in February 2011 as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategies & Operations. He has accountability for building BMO’s foundational recruitment practices, strategic alliances, the bank’s innovative recruitment technology solutions and employment branding, including social media. His passion and drive is centered on one strategic priority: ensure BMO is the bank that delivers a great recruitment experience.

Recognized for pushing the boundaries in strategic talent acquisition throughout his 15 year career, Paul has developed award-winning staffing programs which have transformed recruiting into a centre of excellence and a key business priority for the organizations that he has worked for. His prior experiences include serving as the first Director of Talent Strategies & Programs for Rogers Communications and spending 7 years at Microsoft Corporation in various global staffing leadership positions.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kinark Foundation, an organization focused on offering proven solutions that help children, youth and families struggling with mental health issues.
