Scotty Morrison is currently Director of Global Onboarding Programs at Salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company that is leading the shift to the Social Enterprise. Since joining salesforce in 2005, Scotty has built, executed and measured the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting programs, tools, teams and technologies to scale the company 10X. These included candidate lead generation/sourcing, recruitment marketing, social media and branding, recruiter training and productivity, recruiting technology and operations, university recruiting and new hire onboarding. Once dubbed the “minister of metrics”, he is an avid practitioner, evangelist and recruiting cynic.
