Gregory C. Cheng represents employers in all aspects of litigation filed in state and federal court, arbitration, or before state and federal administrative agencies. He has substantial experience defending employers against lawsuits claiming for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and various other statutory claims. He also has substantial experience defending employers in complex wage and hour class actions alleging misclassification, unpaid overtime, meal and rest periods violations, off-the-clock work, and other claims under the Labor Code. He also has defended clients against multi-jurisdictional trade secret actions including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and corporate raiding.

In addition, he regularly advises employers on the interactive process, reasonable accommodation issues, workplace safety (OSHA/Cal-OSHA), wage and hour compliance, employee discipline, terminations, employee handbooks, reductions in force, plant closings, drug testing, non-compete agreements, severance negotiations, internal investigations, and workplace violence.
