Tonia Horton is the senior director of HR services for The Home Depot, and has designed and executed strategies for the centralized delivery of HR Services for over 12 years. While at The Home Depot, she has led the design, branding and establishment of HR Services – which provides HR Administration, HRIS, Payroll, Imaging, HR Reporting and Analytic services, and most recently, Associate Relations and Retail Staffing services to The Home Depot’s 325,000-plus associates. Together, her team manages over 1.5 million associate contacts and 1 million candidate contacts per year.
