Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your conference or event registration any time up to 30 days prior to the event for a full refund, less the processing fee noted on your invoice. If you attended the event and were dissatisified, please contact Kate Wilson at kate@ere.net. If you cannot attend and are unable to notify us within 30 days of the event date, you may change the name on your registration or transfer your registration to a different event as long as we receive the change prior to the start of the event. A transfer is valid up to one year from the event start date.
