Mitch Schwartz serves as Director of Staffing for Hewlett-Packard. In this role, he leads a team of 300 employees responsible for the strategy and delivery of recruitment, mobility, and workforce management solutions and services to all Hewlett-Packard businesses and functions in North, Central, and South America. Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard he was vice president of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for Comcast, where he led the design, development, and implementation of strategic, enterprise-wide recruiting, retention, talent management, and employment initiatives. Preceding Comcast, he was vice president of human resources for Commerce Bank, where he led human resources for its retail business. He began his career with Bank of America, where he held a myriad of HR and business positions with an emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.
