Carrah Johnston is Manager, Change Management & Learning Programs, for the global talent acquisition team at Research In Motion and is responsible for leading the development and execution of learning and change strategies for the entire global recruitment organization. She resides in Waterloo, Ontario, and has held various roles since starting with RIM in 2006. Before coming to RIM, she spent 5 years in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she held various HR positions in the automotive and telecommunications industries. She holds a Bachelors of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, and a certificate in Human Resources Management.
