Bill Conley is the head football coach at Ohio Dominican University, a private four-year liberal arts college, founded in 1911 in the Catholic and Dominican tradition. Conley gained national recognition as the Ohio State University football recruiting coordinator in 1991-92 and from 1994 to 2004. He was recognized by ESPN as the No. 1 college recruiter in the country. He retired from Ohio State and served as a National Recruiting Analyst for ESPN and as a radio and television analyst.
