Shannon Myers is the Managing Partner of Walton Search, a firm that specializes in the recruiting and sourcing industry as well as social media for small businesses. She began recruiting in 2001 and has always been passionate about exploring innovative recruitment and sourcing methods. She was introduced to the SourceCon community as a SourceCon Challenge winner during SourceCon 2008.
In addition to sourcing, she trains recruiters in the use of new sourcing techniques and social media and how they may harness these skills for business development.
