Diane Borhani is currently the US National Campus Recruiting Lead, which she’s been serving in since September, 2006. Previously, she was the National Director of Campus Recruiting for Deloitte Consulting. Prior to joining our organization in 2005, she was the Global Director of University Relations for Motorola for 3 years, where she drove both university recruiting and relationships at universities throughout US, EMEA and AP. Prior experiences include serving as the FW Director of Experienced Recruiting for Arthur Andersen and also working in Recruiting and HR consulting for the first eight years of her career. She has focused a great deal of her time and efforts on driving necessary organizational improvements and changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization.

Diane is a graduate of Ohio State, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She is married and has 2 children.
