As corporate vice president of Talent and Employee Engagement at Harrahs Entertainment, Brad Warga is focused on talent acquisition which includes executive recruitment, corporate and property hiring as well as all campus programs. In addition, he leads the companys employee engagement efforts to ensure the Harrahs culture is one that makes employees better personally and professionally through their association with Harrahs. Harrahs currently has more than 50 properties around the world with more than 70,000 employees. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of human resources for Harrahs North Kansas City. He joined Harrahs in 2003 and played an executive role within the corporate talent management department in Las Vegas. He oversaw executive hiring at all levels for Harrahs Entertainment nationwide. In addition, he managed MBA and college recruiting. He is the founder of the MBA World Series of Poker, which is now one of the largest MBA recruitment events in the country, attracting over 1,000 top 10 MBAs each year. Prior to Harrahs, he spent time with Price Waterhouse Consulting and Sapient Corporation, a Boston-based internet consulting firm.
