Sherie Valderrama is an international human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in human resources policy and management, talent acquisition, succession planning, mentoring, organizational development, and training. Her specialized areas of expertise include talent acquisition, with a successful track record of designing and managing competitive recruitment organizations to identify and attract diverse pools of executive and management talent, and directing recruitment operations across national and international geographies.

She is the senior director of talent acquisition at Sodexo, a leading food and facilities management company with more than 300,000 employees in 80 countries worldwide. In this capacity, she works to develop and implement strategies to build a diverse, multi-generational workforce. Prior to joining Sodexo, she directed the international recruitment operations in more than 60 countries worldwide for Development Alternatives, a professional services consulting firm providing expert advice for international development initiatives implemented through the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and other organizations. She also served on the board of directors for the company.
