Russell Kronenburg is a sought after speaker, advisor, consultant and coach on leadership, talent management, cultural transformation, organisational development, and the enhancement of organisational performance through employees.
He has worked with or consulted to some of the most recognised Australian and global consumer goods brands, including Coca-Cola, Bonds, Holeproof, Jockey, Hanes, Dunlop, Everlast, Grosby, Slazenger, Sleepmaker, Sheridan, Playtex, Tontine, Berlei, and Holeproof.
He was recently the general manager, talent and organizational capability for Pacific Brands, and has more than 20 years executive level line management and leadership experience in roles encompassing human resources, talent management, operations, logistics, organizational transformation, humanitarian support and strategic planning.
He has served on a number of advisory boards and is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology School of Fashion and Design, the only corporate advisor to the International Foundation of Fashion Technical Institutes, and the founder of the International Fashion and Apparel Association.
Outside of work he has been a motivational and strength conditioning coach for an Olympic middle distance athlete, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife Michelle and three children.
